also tried to go with some of the cool ideas you had, as with the wings I've done those before I've normally had them disappear and reappear when the dragon needs them but you can do what ever with this fellow.
Also yes the tail looks like a cat and a manateee tail 030

Also I FEEL ACOMPLISHED WITH THE LEGGIES THEY ARE BEUTIFUL and T-T they took me awhile to do I did look at something but I wanna do better ) : D
